Monitor and support core cement manufacturing operations: kiln, raw mill, cement mill, and packing plant.
Observe and meticulously record vital process parameters including temperature, pressure, feed rate, and output.
Collaborate with CCR and field teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
Master process flows and equipment functionality across all sections.
Support daily production target achievement safely and efficiently.
Contribute to optimizing plant performance and minimizing operational losses.
Coordinate effectively with maintenance and quality departments during planned shutdowns and unforeseen breakdowns.
Maintain accurate production logs and compile detailed shift reports.
Analyze process data to identify and address operational abnormalities, participating in troubleshooting under senior guidance.
Assist in monitoring fuel and power consumption, and ensuring process stability.
Apply basic root cause analysis techniques to resolve process issues.
Strictly adhere to all plant safety rules, PPE requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Actively participate in safety training, audits, and toolbox talks.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping in assigned work areas.
Promptly report all unsafe conditions or operational abnormalities.
Undergo comprehensive structured training in cement manufacturing.
Develop deep knowledge of kiln operations, grinding systems, process calculations, and quality parameters.
Engage in technical discussions and contribute to improvement projects.
Build a strong understanding of production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational excellence practices.
Qualification: B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry.
Experience: Fresh graduate.
Basic understanding of the cement manufacturing process.
Knowledge of thermal engineering and process operations.
Foundational understanding of industrial safety practices.
Basic knowledge of mechanical and process equipment.
Familiarity with production reporting and process parameters.
Willingness and ability to work in shifts within a plant environment.
Prior internship or industrial training experience in the cement or broader manufacturing/process industry.
Knowledge of kiln, raw mill, and cement mill-specific operations.
Basic understanding of process calculations and heat balance principles.
Familiarity with MS Excel and fundamental reporting tools.
