Operate and monitor key cement manufacturing processes: kiln, raw mill, cement mill, and packing plant.
Accurately observe and record critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, feed rate, output).
Support Central Control Room (CCR) and field teams to ensure smooth, uninterrupted plant operations.
Achieve daily production targets safely and efficiently; actively support plant performance optimization and loss reduction.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments during shutdowns, breakdowns, and contribute to production logging and shift reporting.
Analyze process data to identify operational abnormalities and participate in troubleshooting with senior guidance.
Monitor fuel/power consumption and process stability; apply basic root cause analysis techniques for process issues.
Ensure strict adherence to all plant safety rules, PPE, and SOPs; participate in safety training, audits, and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Undergo structured training across all aspects of cement manufacturing, including kiln operations, grinding systems, process calculations, and quality parameters.
Actively participate in technical discussions and improvement projects, developing an understanding of production KPIs and operational excellence practices.
Fresh engineering graduate (or B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry).
No prior experience required; open to freshers.
Basic understanding of cement manufacturing processes, thermal engineering, and process operations.
Knowledge of industrial safety practices and basic mechanical/process equipment.
Familiarity with production reporting and process parameters.
