Bajaj Capital Ltd is looking for a dynamic and proactive Relationship Manager – Agency Channel to manage and grow our insurance business through a network of insurance agents and POS (Point of Sale) advisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong agent relationships, driving business development, ensuring compliance, and helping agents meet their sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Agent Management :* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing insurance agents and POS advisors to drive consistent business performance.
2) Business Development : Support agents in identifying customer needs and closing insurance sales (Life, Health, and General Insurance products) and also Mutual fund and Corporate Fixed Deposit.
3) Recruitment Support : Assist in identifying potential agents/POS candidates and support their onboarding process.
4) Training & Enablement :* Provide product knowledge sessions and sales process training to agents and ensure they are well-equipped to sell.
5) Target Achievement: Ensure business targets are met by guiding agents towards achieving their individual sales goals.
