Manage a portfolio of 15-20 key accounts, ensuring retention and identifying expansion opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and company goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and escalating as necessary.
Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value and gather feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) to deliver tailored solutions.
Identify and secure cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in client-facing account management or relationship management.
Demonstrated success in achieving client retention and growth targets.
Strong understanding of SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to travel locally or regionally as required for client meetings.
Master's degree or relevant professional certification.
Experience managing accounts with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) over $250K.
Familiarity with the FinTech or Healthcare IT sector.
Track record of training or mentoring junior account managers.
