As an experienced sales professional, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through high-quality customer interactions, consultative selling, and strong closing ability. You will work with warm and qualified leads, understand customer needs deeply, and convert them into long-term customers.
Own the complete sales cycle: lead engagement, qualification, product demonstration, objection handling, and closure
Engage with international customers (primarily US/Global markets) via calls and virtual platforms
Build strong rapport with parents/students and position offerings effectively
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Deliver high-conversion product demos with a consultative approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline in CRM systems
Upsell and cross-sell relevant programs based on customer needs
Stay updated on product offerings, competitors, and market trends
Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience
Experience: 1.5 – 3+ years in inside sales / edtech sales / B2C sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong closing skills with the ability to handle objections confidently
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in international sales (US/UK markets preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Experience in EdTech or high-ticket sales
Strong demo-to-closure conversion ratio
