To build a strong, differentiated brand presence and drive business growth through high-impact, data-driven content across all channels — website, campaigns, and digital platforms — ensuring alignment with sales objectives, product positioning, and industry targeting.

The Manager – Content & Brand will be measured against the following six outcomes:

Brand Repositioning
≥90% alignment of all content and communications with industry-focused, solution-led positioning across website, collaterals, and campaigns.
Sales & Outbound Enablement
High-impact, industry-specific collaterals and pitch decks with ≥80% adoption by outbound teams and measurable improvement in response rates, conversions, and deal velocity.
Website & Content Performance
Consistent growth in website traffic, engagement, and industry/application-specific page performance contributing to inbound lead generation.
B2B Digital & Social Impact
Targeted digital content that improves engagement, generates inbound inquiries, and supports outbound credibility across prospecting, follow-ups, and nurturing.
Channel Partner Enablement
Partners equipped with ready-to-use marketing kits and co-branded content, with strong adoption and measurable contribution to pipeline.
Pipeline & Revenue Contribution
Content contribution to overall pipeline creation, improved conversion rates, faster deal closures, and ≥95% execution adherence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Content Strategy
• Develop and own the brand narrative, messaging framework, and content strategy aligned to business and sales objectives.
• Reposition and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints — website, campaigns, social, and partner materials.
• Create industry-specific, solution-led content that resonates with B2B buyers and decision-makers.
Content Execution & Multi-Channel Management
• Plan, produce, and publish high-quality content across the website, email campaigns, digital ads, and social platforms.
• Own SEO strategy and content optimisation to drive organic traffic and improve page rankings.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution with consistent brand voice and quality.
Sales Enablement & Outbound Support
• Develop sales collaterals, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and outreach sequences for outbound teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to understand customer pain points and translate them into compelling content.
• Track adoption of enablement materials and iterate based on field feedback.
Channel Partner Marketing
• Build and distribute co-branded marketing kits, campaign assets, and enablement content for channel partners.
• Drive partner adoption of marketing materials and measure contribution to inbound and partner-led pipeline.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
• Track and report on content performance metrics — traffic, engagement, leads, conversion rates, and pipeline influence.
• Use data to continuously optimise content strategy, channel mix, and messaging effectiveness.
