POSITION OVERVIEW
The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading global infrastructure
initiatives across Cloud, M365, AD, Network & Security platforms. This role ensures
disciplined execution using PMP-based governance and Agile/Scrum delivery, driving
predictable outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and risk-controlled delivery across regions
and vendors.

Provides centralized project management leadership for infrastructure initiatives, ensuring
delivery discipline, risk management, and reduction of dependency on external vendors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program & Project Delivery
Lead end to end delivery of infrastructure projects/programs (Cloud, M365, AD,
Network, Security, ITSM).
Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
Drive delivery across hybrid delivery models (Waterfall + Agile).
Governance & Controls (PMP)
Establish and enforce project governance, reporting cadence, and escalation paths.
Manage RAID logs, financial tracking, and change control.
Ensure compliance with enterprise PMO standards and audit requirements.
Agile / Scrum Leadership
Act as Scrum Master for Agile infrastructure initiatives.
Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and enable high performing delivery teams.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Partner with global stakeholders (US, Japan, EMEA, India).
Coordinate with vendors and system integrators (e.g., MSP, SIs).
Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and communication.
Execution & Risk Management
Proactively identify delivery, dependency, and resourcing risks.
Drive mitigation plans with minimal business disruption.
Manage cross team dependencies across engineering, operations, and security.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience Requirements
8–12+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
Hands on experience in Scrum Project Managemet
Proven delivery of global, multi-region infrastructure initiatives.
Strong experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure), M365, AD, Network, Security domains.
Certifications
PMP (required)
Scrum Master (CSM / PSM or equivalent)
ITIL knowledge preferred.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Master’s degree (preferred)
