Execute timely follow-ups on orders from repeat customers.
Conduct regular customer meetings at their offices or retail outlets.
Coordinate seamlessly with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely invoice generation.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Production to guarantee On Time In Full (OTIF) deliveries.
Provide Finance with precise customer-wise sales data for growth trend analysis.
Engage with management to identify and resolve customer issues, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Management.
0-2 years of experience; internships or 1 year in FMCG/QSR/HORECA client servicing are highly valued.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Production).
Demonstrated customer empathy, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in a relevant regional language.
Annual CTC: ₹4 – 4.5 LPA (Fixed) + Performance Incentives.
