Demonstrated expertise in GD&T, tolerance analysis, and statistical process control.
Deep understanding of various manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, sheet metal, casting) and material selection.
Proven track record of successfully launching complex products to market.
Strong analytical skills, including FEA/CFD application for design optimization.
Experience with PLM systems integration and administration.
Prior experience leading small design teams or projects.
Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.

Scripting skills (e.g., Python, VBA) for design automation or data analysis.
