Primary Objective
To drive sales growth by managing customer accounts, providing technical solutions, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Handle end-to-end sales cycle (lead negotiation closure)
Provide technical solutions based on customer application
Conduct product demos and machine trials
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Prepare techno-commercial offers and negotiate pricing
Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and installation
Track competitor activities and market trends
Ensure timely collection and payment follow-up

Sales revenue achievement (%)
Order conversion ratio
Customer acquisition & retention
Collection efficiency
Proposal turnaround time
Qualification & Skills
BE/B.Tech (Mechanical preferred)
Strong technical + commercial understanding
Negotiation & presentation skills
CRM & MS Excel proficiency
Experience
Technical Sales in capital goods / industrial Machinery sales
