We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager/ Assistant General Manager – Sales, CRM & Business Operations to lead revenue growth and customer experience for MAIA Bespoke, the interiors and execution arm of MAIA Estates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, owning the end-to-end customer journey, building strong vendor partnerships, and leading high-performing teams as the business scales.
This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage complex operations while ensuring consistent delivery and quality. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure predictable growth, operational excellence, and a superior customer experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in real estate, interiors, construction, or allied industries is preferred
Proven experience in sales leadership, customer relationship management, or business operations
Experience managing high-value customer engagements and vendor ecosystems
Ability to lead, grow, and inspire cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-centric mindset and decision-making ability
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong strategic thinking, planning, and operational management skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Growth
Own and deliver annual sales targets across Bespoke projects and independent product sales
Lead unit sales across ongoing and upcoming developments, ensuring steady conversions and timely closures
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to improve visibility, predictability, and conversion efficiency
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align sales timelines with execution readiness
Identify opportunities to expand product offerings and unlock additional revenue streams
Support strategic initiatives that contribute to sustainable revenue growth
Customer Experience & CRM
Own the end-to-end customer journey from conversion through execution and final handover
Ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
Drive timely customer decisions by setting expectations and resolving bottlenecks
Act as the senior escalation point for client concerns and ensure prompt and thoughtful resolution
Leverage customer feedback and insights to continuously improve processes and service quality
Build long-term customer trust and advocacy through reliability, responsiveness, and transparency
Vendor Management & Partnerships
Develop and maintain a strong vendor ecosystem across all interior and product categories
Identify and onboard strategic partners capable of meeting quality, scale, and delivery expectations
Set clear performance benchmarks for quality, timelines, and reliability
Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and implement corrective actions where required
Ensure delivery risks are minimized through lead-time management and vendor redundancy
Standardize vendor engagement frameworks to ensure consistency and accountability
Business Operations & Coordination
Ensure operational alignment between sales, execution, and internal teams
Monitor project progress to ensure timely decision-making and smooth execution
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across teams and workflows
Support leadership with data-driven insights and reporting to enable informed decisions
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build, structure, and scale teams in line with organizational growth plans
Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to enable high performance
Foster a collaborative working environment across sales, execution, and support functions
