About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of digital financial products. The role involves planning, designing, and executing test strategies, validating product functionality, and ensuring a seamless user experience across mobile, web, and API platforms.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify defects, and drive continuous improvements to meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Perform API testing, mobile application testing, and web application testing
Validate solutions related to mobile money, e-wallets, prepaid recharge, and payment systems
Write and execute SQL queries for data validation
Work with Unix/Linux environments for testing and debugging
Define test strategies, identify risks, and ensure coverage
Set up test environments, frameworks, and test data
Perform test case design, execution, and review
Conduct non-functional testing (performance and security)
Identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution
Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack for tracking and collaboration
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements
Execute automation testing using tools like Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, JMeter (preferred)
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights
Investigate customer issues and improve product quality
Develop and maintain QA processes, policies, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of API testing, mobile & web testing
Hands-on experience with SQL and Unix/Linux
Experience with test automation tools (Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, JMeter)
Understanding of test frameworks and QA methodologies
Familiarity with defect tracking and collaboration tools
