We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design and management of our Kubernetes and container infrastructure in Noida. This is a critical onsite role for an engineer with a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and reliable platform solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across on-premise and AWS EKS environments.
Optimize Docker images for performance, scalability, and security best practices.
Oversee container registries (ECR) and core networking components like VPC.
Develop and maintain robust Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests for application deployments.
Implement and enforce container security using tools like Prisma Cloud, Trivy, and Mend.
Drive vulnerability scanning, image hardening (DHI), and ensure security compliance standards.
Collaborate directly with development teams to streamline application deployment and release cycles.
Champion DevOps best practices, emphasizing containerization, automation, and system reliability.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles.
Demonstrable expertise in Kubernetes cluster design, deployment, and management.
Proficiency with Docker, containerization principles, and image optimization.
Experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, specifically EKS, ECR, and VPC.
Strong command over Helm and Kubernetes native manifest configurations.
Practical experience with container security tools such as Prisma Cloud, Trivy, or Mend.
Proven ability to implement vulnerability scanning, image hardening, and security compliance.
Solid understanding of modern CI/CD methodologies.
Good to Have
Experience building and maintaining end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, scans, and deployments.
