We are looking for a highly creative and product-minded UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is not a design execution role; we are looking for someone who thinks from scratch, brings fresh ideas to every brief, and plays an integral part in shaping digital experiences, brand identity, and business growth.
We work with global brands and fast-growing businesses across industries. The work is fast-paced, multi-format, and spans web, product, and campaign design. You will need to move quickly without compromising quality, and be comfortable using AI-powered tools to stay sharp and meet tight deadlines without cutting corners on craft.
Design intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused digital experiences, including websites, landing pages, dashboards, and marketing creatives.
Take end-to-end ownership of design projects: from initial brief and wireframing through to polished, production-ready UI.
Build user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems that teams can build on.
Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, content, and development teams to ensure design serves both user needs and business goals.
Leverage AI design tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, iteration, and delivery without sacrificing quality.
Conduct regular reviews of design trends, competitor interfaces, and user behaviour patterns to inform your work.
Maintain consistency in visual language, component usage, and design standards across all platforms and deliverables.
Contribute strategic thinking and creative direction, not just execution, toward client and company growth.
4-6 years of UI/UX Design experience, ideally in a digital agency, SaaS, creative agency, or fast-paced product environment.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking, from problem framing and wireframes to final UI, not just polished screens.
Proficiency in Figma (required), including components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping. Familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar, and a clear understanding of when and how to use them responsibly.
Solid grasp of UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, responsive layouts, and user psychology.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple briefs simultaneously, and consistently deliver under tight timelines.
Strong communication skills, you can present and justify your design decisions clearly to non-designers.
Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
We expect candidates to have hands-on proficiency across the following categories. You do not need to use every tool listed, but you should be fluent in at least one per category and willing to pick up others quickly.
Figma (primary requirement), Adobe XD, Sketch
InVision or Marvel for stakeholder prototyping and handoff
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
Spline or Rive for lightweight 3D or interactive motion
Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or DALL·E for concept moodboarding and visual ideation Galileo AI, Uizard, or Relume for rapid wireframe and layout generation
ChatGPT or Claude for UX copy drafting, research synthesis, and brief interpretation
Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin for developer handoff
Notion or Confluence for documenting design decisions and systems
Delivering quality at speed
We operate in a fast-moving environment where briefs can arrive with tight turnaround windows. We do not expect you to compromise on quality, but we do expect you to use every tool available to you intelligently.
Experience working across multiple simultaneous client accounts or projects in an agency setting.
Familiarity with user research methodologies, interviews, usability testing, heatmaps, and synthesising findings into design decisions.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience designing for both web and mobile-first environments.
Exposure to design for performance marketing, understanding how design decisions affect conversion and engagement metrics.
Strong design thinking combined with sharp attention to detail, you see both the big picture and the pixel.
Someone who is energised by building from scratch and is not reliant on templates or trends to generate ideas.
A clear understanding of how design connects to user behaviour, business performance, and client outcomes.
The ability to independently own a brief from concept through to final delivery with minimal hand-holding.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Someone who wants to grow with the company, contribute to how we work, and be part of the creative direction, not just execute tasks.
