📍 Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
💰 CTC: Up to 13 LPA
Role Overview:
This role will partner closely with business teams (especially sales) to drive hiring, performance, engagement, and overall workforce effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Drive end-to-end hiring with focus on speed, quality, and cost optimization
Build strong pipelines for critical and frontline roles
Talent Management & Retention
Improve new joiner retention and employee engagement
Drive learning, development, and IDP initiatives
Conduct stay interviews and retention interventions
Performance & Productivity
Manage performance cycles (PMS) effectively
Drive low performer improvement plans
Partner with business to enhance team productivity (especially sales teams)
Employee Relations & Governance
Handle employee concerns, discipline, and grievance resolution
Ensure policy adherence and compliance
Drive attrition insights and corrective actions
Business Partnering
Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders
Drive HR projects and data-backed interventions
Ideal Candidate:
6–10 years of HR experience (Sales HR preferred)
Strong stakeholder management skills
High ownership, execution-focused mindset
