Role Purpose
To establish, develop, and scale the luxury surfaces business within the assigned territory by driving architect and designer engagement, project specifications, premium channel development, and strategic business growth.
The role is responsible for creating market demand, building brand preference, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and premium real estate segments.
As a founding member of the business, the incumbent will play a critical role in building a new premium category, developing market presence, and creating long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the design and construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Creation
Drive market development and business expansion within the assigned geography.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and institutional segments.
Establish the brand as a preferred specification choice among architects, designers, developers, and premium contractors.
Build and execute territory growth plans aligned with business objectives.
Architect & Designer Engagement
Develop strong relationships with leading architects, interior designers, consultants, and design firms.
Generate product specifications and ensure conversion into project orders.
Conduct product presentations, design workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Influence material selection during project planning and design stages.
Project Sales & Specification Management
Create and manage a robust pipeline of premium projects.
Track projects from specification through execution and order conversion.
Engage with developers, project owners, consultants, and contractors to maximize business opportunities.
Monitor project progress and ensure effective closure of opportunities.
Premium Channel Development
Identify, appoint, and develop premium dealers, galleries, and luxury retail partners.
Strengthen channel capability to support premium customer experience and project servicing.
Drive channel productivity, display standards, and market visibility initiatives.
Build a sustainable and scalable distribution network.
Brand Building & Market Intelligence
Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, architect meets, and networking forums.
Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitive activities, pricing, and emerging trends.
Provide actionable insights to support product strategy and business planning.
Enhance brand awareness and visibility within the luxury design ecosystem.
Business Performance Management
Deliver sales, specification, project conversion, and profitability targets.
Maintain accurate project and customer pipelines through CRM and reporting systems.
Prepare periodic business reviews, forecasts, and market development plans.
Ensure effective utilization of marketing investments and business resources.
