Warehouse

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory control, dispatch, logistics coordination for smooth functioning of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle overall warehouse operations including inward & outward material movement

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation

• Manage dispatch planning and ensure timely delivery of tiles/products

• Generate invoices, e-way bills, and billing in SAP

• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners

• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and safety of materials

• Monitor loading/unloading activities

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting (MIS)

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics (tiles or building materials preferred)

• Good knowledge of SAP (billing & inventory module)

• Strong understanding of dispatch, logistics & inventory management

• Good communication and coordination skills
