Drive sustainable project sales growth within the assigned territory by identifying, influencing, and converting project opportunities through strategic engagement with architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders. The role is responsible for generating specifications, increasing product adoption in projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
· Identify, track, and develop new project opportunities across residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure segments.
· Build a robust project pipeline by mapping upcoming and ongoing construction projects within the assigned territory.
· Drive project specifications and product approvals to ensure inclusion of company products in project requirements.
· Develop and execute territory-wise project sales plans aligned with business growth objectives.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, project management companies (PMCs), and interior designers.
· Position the company as a preferred partner through regular engagement, product presentations, technical discussions, and solution-based selling.
· Influence key decision-makers to increase specification conversion and project win rates.
· Develop long-term relationships that contribute to repeat business and referral opportunities.
Experience: 8–12 years of experience in Project Sales, Specification Sales, Business Development, or Institutional Sales
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred
Location: Pan India
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager
Travel Requirement: Extensive travel within assigned territory
