Sales & Business Growth
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, volume, market share, and collection targets.
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth markets.
Channel Development & Distribution Management
• Strengthen and expand dealer, distributor, retailer, and channel partner networks.
• Improve channel productivity and market coverage.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, mentor, coach, and monitor field sales teams.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and performance evaluations.
Customer & Influencer Management
• Build relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, plumbers, retailers, and influencers.
Market Development & Brand Promotion
• Execute branding initiatives, dealer meets, retailer programs, and promotional campaigns.
Commercial & Collection Management
• Monitor collections, receivables, profitability, and policy compliance.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
• Ensure timely CRM updates, MIS reporting, forecasting, and governance compliance.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field preferred.
Experience: 8–14 years of progressive experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, Market Development, and Distribution Management.
Industry Preference: Bathware, Sanitaryware, Tiles, Building Materials, Pipes, Paints, Consumer Durables, Electricals, Home Improvement Products, or allied industries.
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager.
Travel Requirement: Extensive travel within assigned territory.
