What you'll actually do
Talk to HR leaders. CHROs, Founders, HR Ops heads - these are your buyers. Your job is to understand what's broken for them and show them where Springworks fits. You'll also be the ears on the ground — if you're hearing the same objection three times a week, that's something you relay back to the marketing team (and consequently to the product team too).

Who we're looking for
Someone who's hard to shake. This is a sales role. You'll hear NO a lot. What matters is whether you can stay organized, keep your conversations moving, and get better at the pitch over time.
Clear English communication is non-negotiable. Also, we do provide our Sales folks with an official SIM for all official calls - the expectation is that the candidate has a dual SIM phone. Everything else we can work with.
A bonus (but not a deal-breaker) if you've sold to HR teams before — or have any context on how hiring, verification, or engagement tools work inside a company.
Offered Stipend: ₹21,000/month
Working days: Tuesday - Saturday (Sunday & Monday are week-off)
