You will be instrumental in orchestrating workflows, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to commissioning, directly impacting our operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Track and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for efficient project execution.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication among engineering, production, sales, and client teams.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report variances to project leads.
Identify potential project risks and proactively assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Support the preparation of project proposals, scope documents, and progress reports.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) for scheduling and tracking.
Demonstrated organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work onsite full-time at our Ahmedabad facility.
Nice-to-Haves
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Familiarity with ERP systems within a manufacturing context.
