Sensory Studio is a new premium bed and bath brand being built under The Sleep Company. We are currently preparing for a 0-to-1 launch and working across multiple parallel workstreams including website, CRM, performance marketing, tech integrations, vendor onboarding, retail launch, and operations setup.
We are looking for a sharp Growth Operations Intern who can work closely with the D2C/Growth lead and support execution across growth, tech coordination, research, vendor management, and launch operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is smart, structured, strong with Excel/Google Sheets, and excited to learn how a new D2C brand is built from scratch.
Support performance marketing, CRM, influencer, SEO, and local store marketing workstreams.
Create and maintain campaign trackers, agency follow-up sheets, content calendars, and execution checklists.
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely execution of growth initiatives.
Help track campaign performance, leads, store walk-ins, and other growth metrics.
Support coordination across website, CRM, POS, OMS, WMS, analytics, and other tech systems.
Help track timelines, dependencies, open issues, and vendor deliverables.
Support UAT/testing for website flows, CRM journeys, lead forms, checkout, store locator, and other systems.
Document bugs, issues, requirements, and follow-ups clearly.
Conduct research on competitors, D2C brands, premium lifestyle brands, pricing, customer journeys, offers, and growth ideas.
Create structured summaries, trackers, and notes from research.
Benchmark websites, campaigns, store experiences, and customer journeys of relevant brands.
Create and maintain Excel/Google Sheet trackers for launch workstreams.
Support SOP creation, process documentation, checklists, and execution calendars.
Help coordinate day-to-day tasks across growth, tech, retail, design, merchandising, and external partners.
Convert ambiguous tasks into clear action items, owners, and timelines.
Smart, structured, and high-ownership candidate.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Good research and documentation skills.
Good written communication and follow-up ability.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.
Interest in D2C, startups, growth, product, tech, or business operations.
Prior internship/startup experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
