Job Summary:
At VeeFly, we don’t just "send blast emails." We architect deeply personalized, data-driven user experiences. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Executive to own our lifecycle, CRM, and retention execution end-to-end.
Operating at the intersection of AI and the global creator economy, your mission is to turn casual signups into hyper-loyal, repeat campaign buyers. You will be the master operator of our WebEngage stack, working cross-functionally with Product, Performance Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Success to move core activation and LTV metrics. If you are a rigorous, tool-fluent CRM executioner who believes in data over guesswork, this is your playground.
Key Responsibilities:
● WebEngage Orchestration: Own the day-to-day execution, segmentation, and channel orchestration across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, WhatsApp, and SMS.
● Lifecycle Journey Mapping: Build, deploy, and continuously optimize advanced, non-generic automated journeys for onboarding, early activation, habit formation, and win-back.
● Loyalty & Reactivation: Set up and monitor our loyalty tier logic (Elite progression) and run aggressive campaigns to reactivate dormant segments.
● Rigorous Experimentation: Run a disciplined A/B testing cadence with proper holdout groups to measure actual incremental lift and revenue—not just vanity metrics like opens and clicks.
● Persona Segmentation: Build and localize data segments based on user personas (Creators, SMBs, Agencies), geographies, and spend tiers.
● CRM Stack Health: Guard deliverability, domain reputation, user fatigue limits, and compliance protocols as fiercely as you do conversion numbers.
Expectations:
● Move the needle on signup-to-first-campaign and first-to-third-campaign user progression within a strict 30-day window.
● Ensure all retention programs are thoroughly diagnosed using data before they are designed—no copy-paste journeys.
● Maintain absolute data accuracy and clear attribution across all lifecycle user funnels.
Who You Are
● The Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience as a Lifecycle, CRM, or Retention Marketing operator.
● The Tech Stack: Deep, hands-on fluency with WebEngage (or equivalent enterprise platforms like MoEngage / CleverTap). You know how to set up events, triggers, and custom attributes.
● Global Exposure: Proven track record of running lifecycle campaigns targeted at competitive international markets.
● B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1 Institute (IIT, NIT, or equivalent).
● Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical. You look at data to find bottlenecks and prioritize fixes based on potential LTV impact.
● The Attitude: High ownership, high execution speed, and relentless curiosity to test new retention hooks.
