Initiate professional conversations and pitch CoverSaathi's value proposition.
Follow up regularly to nurture leads and build relationships.
Schedule meetings between potential partners and the senior management team.
Maintain and update lead and interaction data in CRM / tracking sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
1-3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, cold calling, and market research.
Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach and networking.
Confident, persuasive, and relationship-oriented personality.
Onsite role in Gurgaon.
Basic understanding of B2B, B2B2C sales, partnerships, or business development.
