This role offers the chance to drive growth in our Insurance Broking and Technology business, acquiring and managing significant accounts while shaping the future of insurance for the underserved.
Develop and execute client acquisition strategies in the NBFC, MFI, broker, and credit lending space.
Promote and sell Group Insurance Solutions, including Group Credit Life, Insurance Tech, and B2C solutions.
Maintain a strong lead pipeline to maximize revenue through new clients and upselling/cross-selling.
Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivery while driving profitability.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations for alignment and quality outcomes.
Stay informed about market trends and leverage data to shape strategies and enhance decision-making.
Own the P&L performance of client accounts, focusing on topline growth, margin optimization, and renewals.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve acquisition and revenue targets (for senior roles).
6-15+ years of experience in Business Development from Insurance, Insurance Tech, Financial Services, NBFC & MFI sector.
Must have experience with Group Credit Life as a product.
Experience working with senior management and decision-makers.
Expertise in P&L management, leading teams, and client interfacing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation abilities.
Problem-solving approach.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Existing network of contacts within the NBFC/MFI/Lending ecosystem.
