Role Overview/Your Impact
Internal Communications:
You will support the execution of internal communication initiatives that strengthen transparency, alignment, and employee engagement across the organization. You will collaborate closely with the Internal Communications Specialist and design team to create impactful messaging and manage internal communication channels.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, emails, intranet posts, etc.
• Coordinate with the Communications Specialist and Design Team to support execution of communication plans.
• Help manage and update internal communication channels (Intranet, Teams, internal newsletters).
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across communication platforms.
• Support in collecting information, stories, and content from different stakeholders.
• Assist in creating templates, layouts, and structured communication formats.
• Track communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and feedback.
• Maintain communication calendars and timelines.
Employee Engagement:
You will support planning, coordination, and execution of engagement activities, including ERG initiatives, internal events, and HR support functions. You will collaborate with the HR team and Communications team to bring engagement plans to life.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities such as ERG initiatives, town halls,
celebrations, volunteering, and employee gatherings.
• Coordinate with the Communications Team to design and promote engagement events.
• Assist in creating engagement calendars, budgets, inventories, and event logistics.
• Partner with external vendors for quotes, services, and event setup (vendor management).
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation related to engagement projects.
• Help gather feedback from employees to assess engagement impact.
• Support HR event operational activities as needed (administration, coordination, data tracking).
• Research best practices on employee engagement and cultural programs.
What Does the team do
The Talent Management, Internal Communications & Employee Engagement team focuses on enhancing employee experience, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring effective communication across the company. The team drives internal communication initiatives, manages employee engagement programs, supports events and ERG activities, and promotes consistent messaging across platforms. They collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and design teams to foster transparency, alignment, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture.
Our Expectations
• Recent graduate (fresher) with a degree or in the last year of Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field, Event Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Creative and collaborative mindset with an interest in content creation and communication strategies.
• Basic experience with MS Office is preferred.
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva/Adobe) is a plus.
• Experience in organizing or leading events (college fests, clubs, community work preferred).
• Strong coordination, planning, and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about building an inclusive and positive culture.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
