Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative – Celoxis

Role Overview
Drive outbound pipeline generation for Celoxis project management SaaS by targeting global mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Identify and research target accounts; engage decision-makers (PMO, IT, Ops leaders).
Generate and qualify leads using BANT/MEDDPICC frameworks.
Book qualified demos and build a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate with AEs & Marketing to improve conversion rates.
Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance.
Drive revenue growth by contributing to the company’s sales and business development efforts.
Requirements
4–10+ years in outbound sales/BDR (SaaS preferred).
Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
High activity levels (calls, emails, social outreach).
Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
Good to Have
Experience selling project management / productivity SaaS.
Exposure to Global markets.
