Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other innovative channels to build diverse candidate pools.
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage, representing our brand with professionalism and transparency.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics using Greenhouse to identify trends, improve processes, and report on progress to stakeholders.
Lead offer strategy and negotiations, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation packages.
Leverage Slack and Zoom for seamless internal communication and efficient candidate engagement.
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on non-technical or corporate roles.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high quality of hire.
Expertise with Greenhouse ATS, including reporting, workflow optimization, and leveraging its full functionality.
Strong command of sourcing techniques and tools beyond inbound applications.
Demonstrated success advising hiring managers and influencing talent decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience recruiting in a specific industry relevant to our business (e.g., FinTech, SaaS, Healthcare).
