Own the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and GTM roles, from sourcing to offer.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective hiring plans.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at every touchpoint.
Utilize our ATS (Lever) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring competitive and compelling packages.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on tech and GTM roles.
Proven experience scaling teams at a SaaS platform serving global customers.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology stacks.
Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and referrals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience with Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Experience building and managing a recruitment team.
Experience implementing and optimizing recruitment processes.
Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and best practices.
