About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Assistant Manager of Human Resources to lead our core people operations, employee engagement, and internal development initiatives. In this role, you will act as a senior partner to department heads and executive management, shaping a seamless employee lifecycle. You will take ownership of daily HR workflows, design comprehensive onboarding playbooks, champion internal training frameworks, and resolve complex employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Onboarding & Employee Integration
Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive 30-day integration playbook, ensuring that everyone from junior hires to senior executives experiences a highly structured and engaging orientation.
Lead the coordination and seamless integration of large-scale internship cohorts from premier academic institutions, managing joining dates, structured schedules, and transition plans.
Act as the senior point of contact for new arrivals, establishing a welcoming, highly professional standard from day one.
Learning & Development (L&D) Leadership
Spearhead the strategy, development, and implementation of centralized internal training platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Collaborate directly with internal managers and department leads to identify organizational skill gaps and build targeted, scalable learning modules.
Advanced HR Operations & Administration
Oversee and optimize daily HR administrative workflows, ensuring strict compliance and absolute accuracy in offer rollouts, background verifications (BGV), and employee record management.
Architect high-quality, visually engaging HR dashboards and departmental performance reports using modern presentation tools for executive review.
Proactively identify bottlenecks in current HR processes and implement efficient, modern operational solutions.
Employee Relations & Culture Management
Act as a trusted mediator for complex employee relations matters, addressing team concerns promptly to maintain a collaborative, fair, and high-performing workplace.
Drive company culture initiatives and ensure operational policies are communicated with clarity and adopted effectively across all departments.
Ensure all internal communications, especially executive correspondence, adhere to the highest standards of professional and polished language.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of managing HR Operations, Employee Experience, and L&D initiatives within the IT, software, or SaaS industry.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience delivering highly professional, formal correspondence and presentations to senior management.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise with HRIS platforms, internal tracking tools, and modern visual presentation software to create clear, executive-ready operational reports.
Leadership & Problem-Solving: High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage complex administrative workflows, guide department leads, and resolve personnel challenges with tact and diplomacy.
