Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with department heads and team leads to understand business needs, define role requirements, and align on hiring strategies.
Strategic Sourcing: Deploy advanced sourcing strategies using premium portals, professional networks, social platforms, and targeted headhunting to attract passive talent.
Candidate Experience: Ownership of the candidate journey from the initial screening through to negotiation and seamless onboarding, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Data & Pipeline Management: Maintain high data integrity in our ATS, utilizing recruitment metrics to optimize hiring velocity and build robust pipelines for future talent needs.
Employer Branding Support: Contribute to external employer branding initiatives that showcase our core pillars: AI-readiness, leadership development, young talent growth, and an inclusive culture.
🎯 What You Bring
Proven Experience: 2 to 4 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with a track record of successfully closing mid-level roles.
Advanced Sourcing & Relationship Skills: Strong capability in navigating complex hiring demands and managing internal collaboration with multiple teams smoothly.
Polished Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people and evaluate cultural alignment.
