ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Senior Engineer - AI who lives at the intersection of great product engineering and applied AI. You'll own features end-to-end — designing, building, and shipping AI-powered capabilities that real users interact with every day. From integrating LLM APIs and crafting context-aware prompting strategies to architecting the backend services that power them, you'll have a direct hand in shaping how AI transforms our product — not just in theory, but in production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers working on AI initiatives.
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered applications and workflows.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Work extensively on AI implementation, integration, and optimization.
Evaluate and integrate LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, and AI automation workflows.
Develop production-ready AI features and ensure successful deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption across products.
Build responsive front-end interfaces using React for AI-driven applications.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in AI implementation and execution.
Experience building and deploying AI applications using modern AI frameworks and tools.

AI Integrations and APIs
Ability to evaluate, customize, and optimize AI solutions for business use cases.
Strong understanding of AI architecture and production deployment.

Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and model lifecycle.
Experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization.
Ability to apply ML techniques to solve business problems.
