We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the IT Services industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring candidates across various technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Schedule interviews, salary discussions, and offer rollouts.
Ensure timely closures within defined TATs.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Coordinate onboarding formalities and documentation for selected candidates.
Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives whenever required.
Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Experience hiring for IT Services/Technology roles is preferred.
Good knowledge of sourcing through portals and LinkedIn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Basic understanding of technical skills and IT terminologies.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
