We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive outbound business development initiatives, and generate new business opportunities in the IT Services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client acquisition, outbound sales strategies, team handling, and revenue generation across domestic and/or international markets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales/business development team to achieve revenue targets.
Drive outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and lead generation.
Identify and acquire new clients for IT services such as software development, digital transformation, cloud, data engineering, QA, AI/ML, and managed services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
Develop sales strategies, pipelines, and account plans to expand business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and sales metrics regularly.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for campaigns, proposals, and successful project closures.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development updates for leadership.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT industry.
Strong experience in outbound sales and new business development within the IT Services industry.
Proven experience in handling and leading a sales/business development team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and technology solutions.
Experience with lead generation tools, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and close high-value deals.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Target-driven with a proactive and strategic approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
MBA preferred.
Experience working with domestic and international clients is an added advantage.
