Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise and strategic accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
Develop account strategies aligned with customer business goals and technology roadmaps.
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Monitor customer satisfaction, address escalations, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Forecast revenue, maintain account plans, and track business performance metrics.
Negotiate commercial agreements, renewals, and contract extensions.
Stay updated on industry trends, cloud technologies, DevOps, and emerging market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.
Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts in IT Services, Cloud, DevOps, Digital Transformation, or Consulting organizations.
Good to have understanding of Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, Kubernetes, SRE, or related technology domains.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
