Marketing Manager / Associate
Associate: 1–2 yrs exp · Manager: 2+ yrs exp
Location: Remote · Global Type: Full-time or Part-time (depending on tier and business needs)
Rate: $10- 15/hr USD · Depending on experience- MaxTBD
Hours: Client's business hours — time zone overlap required
Role Overview
We are looking for a marketing professional who can handle both content creation and campaign
execution in a remote environment. The Associate level focuses on executing tasks within a defined
strategy. The Manager level owns the strategy, proposes new ideas, and reports results to
leadership. Both levels require active, daily use of AI tools — not just awareness of them.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Write blog posts, email copy, captions, and campaign content
• Engage with the audience — reply to comments and join conversations
Strategy & Campaigns (Manager level)
• Build and run the full marketing plan
• Test new channels and report what's working
• Present results and recommendations to leadership
CRM & Email Marketing
• Manage email campaigns in GHL, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
• Build lead nurture sequences and follow-up workflows
• Keep CRM data clean and up to date
Reporting & Analytics
• Track reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
• Deliver regular performance reports
AI in Daily Work
• Use Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to write, research, and repurpose content
• Use Canva AI and Adobe Firefly for visual content creation
• Apply Zapier or Make to automate marketing workflows
Requirements
• University degree required
• 2+ years in a marketing role — content, social, campaigns, or similar
• English B2+ — written and spoken
• Actively uses AI tools for marketing tasks daily — intermediate level
• Familiar with at least one CRM or email marketing platform
• Available during client business hours — time zone overlap required
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing or social selling
• SEO or content marketing background
• Paid ads coordination experience
• Experience with U.S. or international remote clients
