Key Responsibilities

• Build and extend internal tools, web applications, APIs, and data pipelines for business teams across operations, sales, production, and logistics

• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, databases, internal portals) and build user-friendly frontends for non-technical users

• Document codebases and tools; participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Stay current with web technologies, frameworks, and developer tooling to continuously improve our stack

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; Ruby on Rails knowledge preferred (willingness to learn equally valued)

• Experience with web frameworks (Django/Flask, FastAPI/Express.js, Next.js), relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and RESTful APIs

• Working knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Vue/Angular) and version control (Git/GitHub)

• Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Understanding of AI engineering fundamentals - LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and integrating AI into applications

• Technology-agnostic mindset - ready to pick up new languages, frameworks, and tools as the project demands
