The Regional Branding Manager is responsible for driving the execution of regional branding, visual merchandising, and market activation initiatives across the North 1 region. The role ensures consistent brand visibility, enhances customer experience at franchisee showrooms and dealer counters, strengthens competitive positioning, and supports business growth through impactful on-ground marketing execution.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Franchise Development, and external vendors to deliver high-quality branding initiatives while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.
Develop and execute regional branding plans aligned with the organization's marketing strategy and business objectives.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across franchisee showrooms, dealer counters, exhibitions, and customer touchpoints.
Identify branding opportunities that enhance market visibility and customer engagement.
Plan, monitor, and optimize tile display layouts across franchisee showrooms and dealer outlets.
Drive periodic refresh of product displays to showcase new launches, premium collections, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure optimum product visibility and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, product launches, dealer meets, architect events, influencer programs, and customer engagement activities.
Support sales initiatives by creating impactful branding and promotional activities at the market level.
Coordinate participation in regional trade fairs and exhibitions.
Conduct regular branding audits to ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
Monitor the quality, maintenance, and effectiveness of branding assets across the region.
Ensure timely corrective actions for branding gaps identified during audits.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage branding vendors, fabricators, printers, and event agencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Monitor vendor performance through defined service level expectations.
Track competitor branding initiatives, showroom experience, product displays, and promotional campaigns.
Provide actionable market insights and recommendations to strengthen brand positioning.
Monitor emerging retail branding trends and recommend best practices.
Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Regional Business teams to execute branding initiatives effectively.
Coordinate with franchisees and channel partners to ensure seamless implementation of branding programs.
Support new showroom launches, renovations, and rebranding initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the regional branding team.
Allocate responsibilities, monitor execution, and drive accountability.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Track branding budgets and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Prepare periodic MIS, branding reports, audit summaries, and project status updates.
Measure the effectiveness and ROI of branding initiatives using defined KPIs.
Extensive experience in regional branding, retail marketing, and visual merchandising.
Strong understanding of franchisee and dealer network management.
Experience managing multiple branding projects across large geographical territories.
Exposure to vendor management, event execution, and brand activation.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
10–15 years of experience in branding, retail marketing, trade marketing, or visual merchandising.
Prior experience in Construction Materials, Building Materials, Ceramics, Paints, Consumer Durables, or similar industries is preferred.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
