Job Title: Assistant Manager – Field Marketing

We are looking for an energetic and execution-focused Assistant Manager – Field Marketing to drive retail marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility across dealer, distributor, and retail partner networks. The role will be responsible for planning and executing on-ground marketing activities to support sales growth and strengthen the Somany brand presence.
Execute retail marketing campaigns, branding activities, and promotional programs across assigned markets.
Ensure effective deployment and maintenance of POSM, in-store branding, display units, and merchandising materials.
Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and sales teams to drive market activations and customer engagement programs.
Monitor retail visibility, competitor activities, and market trends.
Manage vendor coordination for branding, events, and promotional activities.
Conduct market visits to ensure brand guidelines and retail standards are maintained.
Track activity effectiveness and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6 years of experience in Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Brand Activation.
Experience in Building Materials, Tiles, Ceramics, Paints, Consumer Durables, Electricals, FMCG, or related industries preferred.
Strong execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
