Job Title: Senior Territory Manager – Government Project Sales
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Drive sales and business development for Government and Institutional Projects across Odisha.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments such as CPWD, PWD, MES, NBCC, State Housing Boards, Smart City Authorities, and other key government agencies.
Build and leverage a strong network of architects, consultants, contractors, project management companies (PMCs), and influencers.
Identify upcoming government projects, monitor tenders, and ensure product specifications and approvals.
Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams to achieve project sales targets.
Track market developments, competitor activities, and project opportunities.
Graduate/Postgraduate with 6–12 years of experience in Project Sales, Government Sales, or Institutional Sales.
Strong existing contacts within CPWD, PWD, Government Departments, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors in Odisha.
Experience in building materials, ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, waterproofing, paints, cement, or related industries preferred.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and project tracking skills.
Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
