Key Responsibilities
1. Purchase Order (PO) & Inventory Management
Process and accept daily Purchase Orders (POs) received from various Quick Commerce platforms accurately.
Monitor system inventory and coordinate with the central warehouse to ensure required stock is picked and packed according to platform requirements.
Maintain an error-free tracker for all issued POs, pending fulfillments, and in-transit shipments.
2. Slot & Appointment Booking
Liaise with Quick Commerce vendor warehouse teams to schedule delivery slot appointments.
Ensure accurate and timely booking of inwarding slots to avoid truck detention and penalties.
Proactively communicate and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays with relevant platform SPOCs (Single Point of Contact).
3. Warehouse Coordination & Dispatch
Coordinate seamlessly with internal warehouse dispatch teams to ensure shipments are loaded onto the right vehicles with necessary documentation (e.g., invoice, e-way bill).
Track the movement of goods from our central warehouse to the final QC vendor/dark store.
Monitor transit SLAs and ensure the fleet reaches the drop-off location at the exact scheduled appointment time.
4. Unloading & GRN Processing
Supervise the physical unloading of goods at the QC vendor warehouse, ensuring minimal product damage and proper handling.
Reconcile physical delivery quantities with the invoice and PO at the time of unloading.
Facilitate and track the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process to ensure quick stock inwarding into the platform's system.
Resolve any discrepancies in invoices or short-receipts immediately with the platform executives.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce (Q-comm) operations, or warehouse logistics.
Platform Knowledge: Prior working exposure with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart is highly preferred.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
