The incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted occupancy, sales, and revenue objectives. The role involves market analysis, business development, customer relationship management, brand building, and team leadership to drive sustainable growth across projects.
Prepare and manage project-wise marketing budgets.
Establish marketing efficiency parameters and monitor ROI.
Set and achieve sales and collection targets.
Participate in project development planning, including product mix, pricing, design, and profitability.
Stay updated on taxation policies and assess their impact on pricing and customer sentiment.
Ensure timely achievement of project sales targets.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and maximize conversions.
Create and maintain a user-friendly, mobile-responsive corporate website.
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis.
Design and optimize communication channels for customer engagement.
Build brand awareness and improve product recall through targeted campaigns.
Plan and execute promotional events aligned with brand positioning.
Conduct pre-sales and post-sales activities to achieve business goals.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions.
Ensure booking documentation is completed and handed over to CRM within 2 days of booking.
Coordinate with CRM teams for seamless customer onboarding and support.
Collect 10% of the sale amount and ensure handover to CRM within 15 days of booking.
Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain regular communication with management regarding project status and business performance.
Conduct monthly project update sessions with Sales and CRM teams.
Contribute articles and updates to internal newsletters and company magazines on a quarterly basis.
Conduct employee knowledge assessments through surveys and questionnaires.
Identify High Potential (Hi-Po) employees.
Design and implement reward and recognition programs for top performers.
Conduct webinars and participate in industry events, seminars, talk shows, and expos.
Represent the organization at industry forums and networking events.
Promote continuous learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives within teams.
