Job Summary
· Coordinate and manage daily inspections of works, clearances, approvals, and sample approvals.
· Hold overall responsibility for the implementation and adherence to safety and quality policies as per company standards.
· Verification & certification of bills and finalization of bills for non-tender items.
· Identify snags and monitor them until resolution.
· Ensure project handover by conducting timely testing and commissioning activities, along with providing necessary closeout documents.
· Possess good knowledge of building utilities.
· Familiar with byelaws, IS codes, CPWD specifications, and industry standards.
· Prepare BOQs and specifications for the proposed design.
· Analyze mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
· Review drawings in conjunction with structural and electrical plans to ensure engineering coordination.
· Have practical working knowledge of 11 KVA / 33 KVA substations, WTP, STP, and ETP.
· Develop checklists for each activity, execute jobs accordingly, and establish records.
· Understand and correlate MEP GFC drawings with the BOQ.
· Report daily activities to the Project Manager.
· Continually review the contractor construction schedule during site progress concerning MEP services and report findings to the Project Manager.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
· Be proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
· Understand quantity measurements as per relevant IS codes.
· Review MEP contractor shop drawings alongside structural and architectural as-builts to ensure engineering coordination and address site issues to the Project Manager.
· Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with all team members, demonstrating ethical values, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
· Ensure EHS compliance from all MEP contractors and maintain records.

Qualifications:
· Must hold a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience.
· Must possess in-depth knowledge of the execution and coordination of all MEP services.
· Experience in high-rise residential buildings, villas, townships, and plotted development.
· Should have executed one end-to-end project of MEP works for residential buildings, township projects, or plotted development.
