Lead Duratuf's international expansion as our Sr. Manager, International Sales. This is a critical leadership role, fully accountable for scaling our international gross profit from ₹6.5 Cr to ₹35 Cr by FY30. You will build our global industrial safety solutions presence from our Kolkata HQ, owning the international GP, sales team, and channel network, and directly shaping our trajectory as a global leader.
Own and deliver the international gross profit plan, driving growth from ₹6.5 Cr in FY27 to ₹35 Cr by FY30.
Build, scale, and manage our international channel and distribution network, aiming for +15-30 new active partners annually with rapid onboarding (within 45 days).
Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new safety categories internationally, launching within 60 days of domestic release.
Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing distributed international sales team, ensuring team quota attainment and managing attrition.
Drive rigorous CRM discipline for pipeline management, forecasting (achieving ±10% accuracy), and sales operations.
Expand our footprint by identifying and entering 3-5 new countries annually, while securing ≥ 20% YoY GP growth from top 20 key accounts.
Co-create international sales strategy with the CEO, taking full ownership of execution and results.
Undertake 15-20% international travel to engage partners and customers.
10-14 years of international B2B sales experience, having owned and delivered a multi-country export gross profit (GP) or revenue target of ₹10–30 Cr equivalent (not a BD or support role).
Proven experience building an international partner or distributor network from scratch—identifying, onboarding, and scaling partners.
Minimum 3-5 years directly managing a distributed international sales team, with documented hiring and quota attainment success.
Mandatory 100% CRM-led pipeline and forecast management discipline.
Fluent in export operations: Incoterms, LC/TT, shipping documentation, and multi-currency commercial terms.
Demonstrated ability to launch or scale two or more distinct product lines internationally.
Strong commercial and margin literacy: able to price on GP%, read unit economics, and protect working capital.
Experience in cross-cultural negotiation, with demonstrated selling comfort in at least two of: MENA, SEA, Africa, LATAM, or CIS.
Experience within industrial safety, PPE, or electrical safety product categories.
Familiarity with dual-entity export structures (e.g., India and UAE operations).
Working knowledge of the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Books, People).
An existing network of distributors or partners in MENA, Africa, or South-East Asia.
A lead-level (L6) role with full accountability and direct strategic partnership with the CEO.
The mandate to significantly grow our international presence, driving a five-fold increase in gross profit within three years.
