This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring deep technical GIS expertise combined with exceptional business acumen.
Lead technical discovery sessions to deeply understand client business challenges and requirements, translating them into compelling GIS solution architectures.
Design and deliver sophisticated product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept (POC) applications tailored to specific client use cases.
Serve as the primary technical expert for sales engagements, effectively communicating the value proposition of complex GIS solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop winning proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and ensure technical alignment throughout the sales cycle.
Provide strategic feedback to product development teams, representing market needs and client demands.
Mentor junior presales specialists and contribute to the development of internal best practices and sales enablement materials.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of our product portfolio, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in geospatial technology.
7+ years of experience in a presales, solution architecture, or consulting role focused on enterprise GIS solutions.
Deep expertise with Esri ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro) and related technologies.
Demonstrable experience architecting and implementing geospatial solutions involving data management, spatial analysis, web mapping, and system integrations.
Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to C-level executives, IT leadership, and technical teams.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
