Track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple manufacturing projects.
Coordinate activities between engineering, production, procurement, and quality assurance departments.
Prepare detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks; propose and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and manage action item follow-up.
Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Support Project Managers in larger strategic initiatives, contributing to overall program success.
3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project scopes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work onsite full-time at our manufacturing facility.
CAPM or PMP certification.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
