5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale backend systems.
Expert proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Go, Java, Python, C#) and a strong command of data structures and algorithms.
Demonstrable experience with distributed system design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
Proven ability to debug complex issues across services and leverage metrics for performance optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with event-driven architectures and message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with gRPC, GraphQL, or other modern API paradigms.
