Maintain meticulous records of all activities and prospect interactions within Salesforce.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated.
Gather and relay market feedback to marketing and product teams to refine messaging and strategy.
2-4 years of demonstrated success as an SDR or BDR, consistently exceeding quota.
Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and engage senior stakeholders (Director, VP level).
Proficiency with modern sales tools including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and an outreach platform (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of crafting compelling, personalized messages.
