This is a pivotal role for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader ready to scale our team from 15 to over 100 people within the next year, managing and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve ambitious hiring targets.
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with aggressive company growth goals.
Directly manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5+ remote recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Optimize and implement efficient, scalable full-cycle recruiting processes and systems across all departments.
Drive a best-in-class candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions, identify trends, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs and market dynamics.
Proven experience scaling a startup or high-growth company from approximately 15 to over 100 employees within a 12-month period.
Minimum of 3 years of direct management experience leading a team of at least 5 full-cycle recruiters.
Demonstrated success building and optimizing recruiting processes in a high-volume, rapid-growth environment.
Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing top-tier talent across various functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, Sales).
Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruiting technologies.
Ability to thrive and lead effectively in a fully remote work setting.
Experience recruiting specifically within the SaaS industry.
Track record of building and enhancing employer branding initiatives.
