We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can build a predictable demand generation engine and accelerate our global growth.
Role Overview
As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will own the entire marketing funnel from awareness to pipeline generation. You'll work closely with Sales, Leadership, Content, Design, and Product teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and strengthen OpsTree's brand in enterprise technology.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creativity and understands B2B SaaS, cloud, DevOps, and enterprise technology marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation
Own quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets.
Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
Build Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for enterprise accounts.
Optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
Improve lead quality and marketing ROI.
Digital Marketing
Manage SEM campaigns and budget allocation.
Improve website conversion rates through experimentation.
Develop landing pages and campaign assets.
Content-Led Growth
Work with internal SMEs to create high-impact content.
Drive webinar, whitepaper, case study, and eBook campaigns.
Build nurture journeys using marketing automation.
Repurpose content across multiple channels.
Marketing Operations
Own CRM hygiene and lead lifecycle management.
Build dashboards for campaign performance.
Improve MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion.
Work with Sales to optimize lead routing and follow-up.
Analytics & Optimization
Measure CAC, CPL, Pipeline Generated, Revenue Influenced, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing across ads, emails, landing pages, and CTAs.
Build monthly marketing performance reports.
Continuously optimize acquisition channels.
Brand Growth
Increase brand visibility through strategic campaigns.
Support PR initiatives and analyst relations.
Grow social media engagement, especially LinkedIn.
Manage event and webinar promotions.

Must-Have Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in B2B growth marketing.
Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or developer-focused technology companies.
Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through digital marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good to Have
Experience marketing DevOps, Kubernetes, Platform Engineering, Cloud, AI, or Observability solutions.
Experience running ABM campaigns targeting Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 enterprises.
Familiarity with tools such as:
